  • Strokes : A Unit of Social Recognition: Within our personal lives recognition comes often and is natural from talking about our days and the little things that we may have achieved to updating our social media statuses, that can be celebrated in flurry of likes. Social recognition points to the status and esteem ‘feel good factor' that individuals receive because of displaying certain characteristics, reaching certain achievements or engaging in certain activities.

  • Innovation Tactics_1 : What is Innovation ? Innovation is something new that has value for a group of people. Having an awareness of what we mean by innovation, where the innovation impact is applied, how the innovation process works, and why we are innovating in the first place can add value when doing “new”.   • Angular: Angular is a TypeScript based open-source web application framework led by the Angular Team at Google and by a community of individuals and corporations. Angular is a current and relevant technology, required to support NDFS customers using our Channel Portal. Also, as part of Road Map and FirstGen’s framework, this will be upgraded from Angular JS to Angular 12. Hence this is a key technology for accomplishing excellence.
  • Java : Java is a high-level, class-based, object-oriented programming language that is designed to have as few implementation dependencies as possible. NDFS Applications are full of Object Oriented Programming Concepts, Effective String Processing, Collections, I/O Operations, XML Handling, JSON Handling, Multi-Threading, Reflections and other J2EE frameworks like EJB, JMS, Spring, MyBatis, Camel and many more.
  • Java Script : JavaScript, often abbreviated as JS, is a programming language that conforms to the ECMAScript specification. JavaScript is high-level, often just-in-time compiled, and multi-paradigm. It has curly-bracket syntax, dynamic typing, prototype-based object-orientation, and first-class functions. NDFS Applications effectively uses all aspects of JS including AJAX calls. The JS frameworks like AngularJS, Angular, ResponseJs, jQuery are effectively used in the user interfaces.
  • HTML : The HyperText Markup Language is the standard markup language for documents designed to be displayed in a web browser. It can be assisted by technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and scripting languages such as JavaScript. We are in HTML5. HTML Implementations like FTL (Freemarker Template Language) are used.
  • CSS: Cascading Style Sheets is a style sheet language used for describing the presentation of a document written in a markup language such as HTML. CSS is a cornerstone technology of the World Wide Web, alongside HTML and JavaScript.
  • SQL: Structured Query Language is a domain-specific language used in programming and designed for managing data held in a relational database management system (RDBMS), or for stream processing in a relational data stream management system (RDSMS). It is particularly useful in handling structured data, i.e. data incorporating relations among entities and variables. NDFS Applications mostly use ANSI SQL. PL/SQL in Oracle and MSSQL Database Servers.
  • JSON/JOLT: JavaScript Object Notation is an open standard file format and data interchange format that uses human-readable text to store and transmit data objects consisting of attribute–value pairs and arrays (or other serializable values). It is a common data format with a diverse range of functionality in data interchange including communication of web applications with servers. JOLT is used as a transformation tool to convert JSON to different formats as accepted by a Network.
  • XML : Extensible Markup Language is a markup language that defines a set of rules for encoding documents in a format that is both human-readable and machine-readable. There is a considerable schema types and parsing used in terms of DTD, XSD, SAX etc.
  • Web Services : SOAP and RESTFUL Web Services under Apache CXF, Apache Axis2 and JAX-RS frameworks.
  • Application Servers: NDFS Applications are deployed in Oracle WebLogic, JBoss, Wildfly and Tomcat.

Donate packaged food, stationery (books, pencils, pens etc.), toys (unused), monetary contributions were made by our employees to children of 4 – 8 year old Urigam Village, T.N in coalition with the NGO Darpan Foundation.

Darpan Ashram Visit and Support to School

Kshetra Darpan which focuses on ecological renewal and protection through tree plantation and natural farming & Vidya Darpan aiming at mentoring under privileged rural children. NDFS contributed 100 + tress towards ecological renewal and donated stationary to school.


Walk for a cause – SAVE WATER! In collaboration with Samarthanam Trust, Walk-a-Thon that witnesses massive public support and is organized mainly to encourage people across the country to get involved and spread awareness on a common cause. We aim to create a mass movement for water conservation and walk together to resolve the water crisis by saving every drop of water. The funds gathered will also be utilized for imparting water conservation awareness program.

  • Bone & Joint Health: Due to this pandemic situation, all of us are working from home, we are deprived of adequate Vitamin D as our exposure to the morning sunlight is limited along with it comes to the not so ideal working postures, this has lately led to multiple orthopaedic issues.
  • Unlearn and Relearn about Covid 19: The country is witnessing a dramatic surge in the Covid19 infections, causing disruption in our everyday life. As the virus evolves there is a need for better understanding on the implications of the Covid-19 infection, where in it is required to mitigate any further risk factors.
  • Carenting during Covid 19: As the infection surges in number due to this pandemic taking all our life for a toll and each one fighting in our own way to pass thru this phase, we see that the new wave is now affecting our children. Here is the session that talks about how best we can keep our children safe and prevent them from getting exposed to Covid-19 virus.
  • Elderly Care During Covid 19: The pandemic has brought in about fear and uncertainty, especially among our elders. The lockdown was necessary but sudden, leaving most of us worried for our loved ones who are older and living far away. As the elderly population are vulnerable and prone to chronic conditions, their aging immune system makes it harder for them to fight off diseases, infections and viruses.
  • Pulmonary Rehabilitation Post COVID-19: Pulmonary Rehabilitation is a supervised program that includes excises, health education and breathing techniques for people who have certain lung conditions e.g., Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Asthma, Pulmonary hypertension etc,. Covid-19 has greatly impacted the lung complications such as pneumonia and in most severe cases Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). Not only the lungs, also at times affecting other organs and systems as well; causing critical illness, damaging the immune system and creating complications.
  • Mental Wellbeing During Covid 19: The Mental wellbeing is about your thoughts and emotions and how you deal with the situation in everyday life. Fear, worry and stress are normal responses to perceived or real threats and at times when we are faced with uncertainty. Self-care is what we do to maintain good health and improve well-being. In collaboration with Manah Wellness, we bring to you the session on “Mental Wellbeing During Covid-19”. There are set of programs from which you can choose based on your requirement.
  • Coping with Second Wave of COVID 19: The continuing threat of COVID-19 naturally has many of us feeling on the edge. It is not easy to cope with the various changes seen in and around our lives and the underlying feelings of frustration and anxiety. How long will it go on? When can things go back to normal? How can you take care of your mental health during a pandemic that brings fresh images of death to your screen every day? What are some practical strategies to keep yourself grounded as you support loved ones, How to attend to your own needs with compassion? Apart from reaching out to a professional, there are many other things that you can do.
  • Post COVID Eye Complications and its Management: India’s COVID-19 recovery rates are amongst the highest in the world, many people have battled through and recovered. The ones recovered are experiencing severe infections, given the multi organ effect of COVID-19. There are reports of long-term impact on body organs and again vary on case-to-case basis. A recent study reported that more than 18% of the surveyed COVID-19 patients experienced sore eyes, sensitivity to light and eye pain. Over 83% of the people questioned experienced ocular symptoms even after two weeks of their recovery.
  • Navigating Through Grief & Loss during this pandemic: When tragedy occurs, it presents a choice: you can give in to the void, the emptiness that fills your heart or you can try to find meaning. There is no rule book when it comes to grief and mourning, each individual goes through the grief process in his or her own way and in his or her own time. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many people are experiencing grief and fear. Loosing the loved ones is the biggest challenge any person would face in life. How are we supposed to deal with it is very important for our survival.
  • Nurturing Family Ties During the Difficult Times of Pandemic: The pandemic continues to dramatically affect our lives, including our relationships with other people in our communities, our families, our homes and our workplaces. Many of us have also found ourselves spending far more time than before with those who share our homes, whether family, housemates or both. Both losing face-to-face contact with people and being thrown into much closer contact than usual can feel stressful and may be worrying, frightening or even unbearable. At a time when we all face ongoing uncertainty and stresses on our relationships are probably all the harder to cope with. So, it’s worth trying to be extra patient and understanding, both with each other and also ourselves.
